Description
Jerome Podwil The Casebook of Dr. Holton: The Lotus Vellum and the Thirteenth Treasure Paperback Cover Original Art (Ace Books, 1970). This gouache on board illustration appeared on the cover of Charlotte Hunt's novel, The Casebook of Dr. Holton: The Lotus Vellum and the Thirteenth Treasure , Ace Books, 1970. The image area measures 11" x 18", and the art is in Very Good condition. Signed lower left. From the Estate of Charles Martignette.
Condition Report*:
The artboard has an overall size of 21 x 14 in.. The are some paint chips out of the center of the painting (in the green dress); otherwise, this lot is in good condition with only normal wear commensurate with age.
