Description
Jack Kirby and Bill Wray The Astrals page 1 Original Art (c. late 1970s). Soon after the release of Star Wars, Chicago radio station promoter, Glenn Kammen, had a concept to print a giveaway comic starring two of the station's popular DJs. Kammen commissioned Jack Kirby to pencil four pages which were inked by Bill Wray, but the comic book was never published. This title page was printed as the centerfold of The Jack Kirby Collector #16 (July, 1997). The art has an image area of 14.5" x 19" and it is in Excellent condition.
