Little Orphan Annie Pop-Up Book (Pleasure Books, Inc., 1935) Condition: Excellent. Offered here is the 1935 pop-up book "Little Orphan Annie and Jumbo the Circus Elephant." It contains three lithographed pop-ups that are in amazing condition considering the book is over 70 years old. The pop-ups are in color while the text and other illustrations are in black and white. 22 pages. The book measures 9.25" x 8" and is in excellent condition. There is some light rippling on the front cover and some slight corner wear.
Tarzan Twins #nn Shoe Store Promotional Mini-Comic (Whitman, 1935) Condition: VG/FN. Offered here is a copy of the 1935 promotional comic. The Undead - Book Sail 16th Anniversary catalog, #786/1,400 (McLaughlin Press, 1984) Condition: Very Good
This unusual book was published by the late John McLaughlin to commemorate the 16th anniversary of his California based antiquarian book shop, The Book Sail. This 300+ page book is a catalog, showcasing the world-class collection of pop culture memorabilia which McLaughlin had accumulated (the same collection which Heritage has been currently auctioning). One of 1,000 softcover editions (there were also 400 hardcovers made), it features cover art by Rowena Morrill and original text by Robert Bloch and Ray Bradbury. The book is individually numbered with an ink compound that actually contains human blood! This copy comes with its original silver band, and has a few minor cover scuffs.

Al Avison (attributed) - Terry and the Pirates Comics #18, Complete 3-page Hotshot Charlie Story "The Expert" Original Art (Harvey, 1949). Hotshot Charlie is defeated by a simple appliance repair in this lighthearted romp. The image area of each page measures 12" x 18", and, aside from some glue staining in the first panel from a few missing stat elements, the condition is Very Good.
Al Avison - Kerry Drake Detective Cases #28 Cover Original Art (Harvey, 1951). On this pre-code crime thriller, Kerry Drake is caught in the crosshairs -- wonder how he dodged that bullet? The image area of this cover measures approximately 12" x 18". Aside from a large piece cut from the center of the page (later patched with replacement paper), a few missing type elements at the top of the cover, and glue stains along the bottom edge, the art is in Good condition.
Al Avison (attributed) - Harvey Romance Comic Cover Original Art (Harvey, circa 1956). It seems this gal is playing the field -- or should we say, the skating rink? This cover was created for an unidentified Harvey romance title. The back of the page has been stamped with a date of October 24, 1956. The page has an approximate overall size of 14.5" x 20". The title logo is missing from the top of the page and there are glue stains around the borders; otherwise, the art is in Good condition.
Eduardo Barreto and Al Williamson - Star Wars: A New Hope - The Special Edition, page 15 Original Art (Dark Horse, 1997). Lord Vader attempts to extort information from Princess Leia about the location of the rebel base, while Luke accompanies Obi-Wan Kenobi to the Mos Eisley Spaceport, in this page from the four-issue limited series. The image area measures 11" x 16", and the condition is Excellent. Signed by Al Williamson at the bottom right.

Pierce Rice and Arturo Cazeneuve - All-New Short Story Comics #1 Page Original Art, Group of 4 (Harvey, 1943). Tiger Shane manages to do the unimaginable when he performs the stunt of "Tricking the Trickster" in pages 1, 3, 4, and 5 from this Golden Age thriller. Each page has an approximate image area of 13" x 18". The title logo was lost from the top of the page, and there is some overall aging, and glue stains (from missing a missing panel paste-up on page 1); otherwise, the condition of the pages average Good.
Harvey Romance Comics Contents Page Original Art, Group of 5 (Harvey, circa 1957). These five fabulous contents pages from various Harvey love comics are sure to make a striking addition to any original romance art collection.
