Bruce Scott has been an integral part of the operations management of Heritage for 21 years. Prior to joining Heritage in 1987 Bruce owned and operated a customized, high-end audio/video company in southern Minnesota. He has held several positions over the past two decades with Heritage, and is currently a Vice President. Bruce has developed over the years the essential knowledge of the company's day to day operations, and has vast diverse experience from managing numerous high-level projects and departments. Over the past two years he has been a key player in the movement of the company headquarters, managing all of the construction, building facilities, and self-designing the security and communications systems. In his current assignment, Bruce ensures the safety and security of a growing employee base by having detailed, in-depth vital knowledge of the company's security systems and procedures. He is available and monitors the company's operations 24/7/365.

Bruce is a native of Minnesota and has enjoyed the years he has lived in Texas. He has been married to his wife Diana for ten years and they have a beautiful seven year old daughter. In his spare time, Bruce thoroughly enjoys keeping up with many interests including collectibles.
