Results of Heritage's Twice-Monthly Amazing Comics Auctions for September, 2005
DALLAS, TEXAS: Heritage's twice-monthly Amazing Comics Auctions (ACA), including auctions #15091 (closed Sunday, September 4), and #15092 (closed Sunday, September 18), posted strong results for September 2005.
The ACA auctions saw 1,032 bidders competing for 2,022 lots over the two auctions, 568 bidders were successful for total prices realized of $229,777.
Starting October 4, 2005, ACA auctions will be held on a weekly basis, with a new auction opening and closing each Sunday night at 10 pm CT. Call today to consign to a future auction, as the earliest consignments receive the most attention and publicity. - Alberto Giolitti - Turok, Son of Stone #131 Complete Unpublished 22-page Story "Escape to Doom" Original Art (Whitman, circa 1982). REALIZED: $2,530.
- Amazing Fantasy #15 (Marvel, 1962) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Off-white pages. REALIZED: $2,070.
- Jack Kirby - Unpublished Stuntman, Page 10 Original Art Panel Page (Harvey, undated). REALIZED: $2,070.
- The Incredible Hulk #1 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VG 4.0 Cream to off-white pages. REALIZED: $1,725.
- Marvel Silver Age Group (Marvel, 1965-69) Condition: Average VG-. REALIZED: $1,006.
