Description:
Al Williamson and Carlos Garzon Star Wars #43 page 29 Original Art (Marvel, 1981). On the gloomy, fog-shrouded planet Dagobah, Luke Skywalker comes to the end of his training with Jedi master, Yoda, in this page from Marvel's adaptation of The Empire Strikes Back. The art has an image area of 12" x 17.75" and it is in Excellent condition. Signed by Al Williamson at the lower right.

Williamson, Al :Al Williamson (American b.1931): Among Al Williamson's most notable works are his science-fiction/heroic fantasy pieces at EC in the fifties, his Flash Gordon comic books for King Comics in the sixties, his long-running comic strip Secret Agent Corrigan in the sixties and seventies, and his Star Wars film adaptations and newspaper strip in the eighties, all of which continued the fine illustrative tradition begun by his artistic idol, Alex Raymond.
